I'm sorry to hear that your condition makes things so difficult for you, I'd never heard of the TLC trust before but I took a look and on face value it looks ideal for you so I'm sorry it didn't work out, did you report back to them about the attitude of the wg you contacted, she really doesn't sound like the sort of person they should be recommending.
There is another organisation that specialises in putting people with disabilities in contact with suitable sex workers but for the moment the name escapes me but when I remember I will post it.
There are wgs for whom your problem won't be an issue, as long as a client turns up with a decent attitude and respects their boundaries they will honour their side of the bargain but there is also a ruthless element who on sensing someone is vulnerable will take full advantage and rip you off.
Join a few punting forums, most have regional boards and may even have threads that are dedicated to Edinburgh, don't start posting straight away read the boards and threads for a week or two and get a feel for the regular posters so you can work out which of them is most likely to give you honest straightforward advice on which wgs would be most suitable for you, you don't have to ask questions publicly you can use the pm system.
I did take a look at Edinburgh on AW and there is plenty of choice but I was surprised to see that the average rate is not much different from London, TBH I don't know much about the cost of living in Edinburgh I just know that the people are more friendly and less aggressive than Glaswegians LOL.
