AW verification photo problems

Hi I'm hoping someone can help me as I'm really confused and AW's support and help section is pretty useless!

I've tried to register my profile a couple of weeks ago but it was deleted as the verificatio documents weren't provided within 24 hours.

I'm going to try again tomorrow, I can provide a scan of my passport so this isn't a problem.

However, I've found in AW's help section (screenshot attached below) that registering as a verified member isn't mandatory, so I don't know why they kicked me off! Can someone help here? Thanks xxx

When you take the photo, with the date and your ID , you have to send it with the rest within 24 hrs .

You can't send it days or weeks later .

I find it confusing too, it says not mandatory but some still get in hot water, some show not verification at all and webcam, I got in a right panic when the nationality was made available to show on your profile, this isn't mandatory yet....I currently applied for an ID card so waiting for this to be accepted and come through and then I can have my nationality shown, I really hope you get up and running honey

AW are really great, they have always been good with me when I have had issues , but this verifying topic can be confusing

I've also had nothing but issues with AW with this verification.
My original profile I had for 18 months was deleted due to a mistake on my part (Making reference to my availability) I had numerous feedbacks and field reports and never had my authenticity challenged.

Anyway I was informed I could create a new profile using the same email address I created a basic profile (I even managed to arrange a booking that afternoon and was left feedback. Another booking made via the AW was scheduled for the next day again more feedback to prove my authenticity coupled with a verification pic) I received an email the following afternoon for a booking that evening I responded and then tried to log in to my account to answer another email and my profile is deleted.

I don't understand why I am being forced to have to have my ID associated with Aw. I Sent in a verification picture (Same hair style as my current pics I'm even wearing the same robe) but this is apparently is not sufficient.

It infuriates me that there are numerous profiles with 1 or no pictures, no feedback who work in the same area as myself who have been operating for days /weeks/months but their profiles are left while my profile is deleted.

I've had no human interaction just automated responses.

Sorry for the long rant but I'm so frustrated as I've lost my biggest avenue of earning.
