profile suspended

Hi can anyone give me advice on why my profile has been suspended, I have been on the site for over two and a half years and spent just over £5300 on advertising, I have 96 positive feedbacks, my original verification documents have been refused after all this time, I have since sent CLEAR close up photographs of my passport, driving licence, V5 document and photos of me holding an exact date newspaper next to my road sign and me at my house in my car on the drive with the number plate and front door of house open with the house number clearly visible and a copy of my bank transfers to the site?????? what else can I do???, i replied to the request within 45 minutes even though a three day period is given to respond. please help. thank you
