Problems with mypaysafecard

I've been unable to buy credits with a mysafecard voucher today...
Every-time I try i get a message

" There was a problem whilst attempting to initiate the payment process. Please try again later (0)."

I don't think its a problem with my Account (I was OK buying credits via SMS) or my PC (I've tried from 2 different computers...

Can anyone shed any light?
