Well that's fair enough because your informing your clients before agreeing to a booking what your procedures are but in the case we're discussing bbk was not given this information,

It is obvious from what bbk said that he had the details he needed, just because he did not get through the first time he decided to not call again when asked to

Why forget it? Is it because you are in the wrong and making a complete fool of yourself?

Of course the situation bbk faced may have had nothing to do with safety it could just have been a time wasting excercise on the part of the wg, ignore the call ask him to text then ask him to call again, by the time he actually got to the room it could have been five or ten minutes after the scheduled start time.
