KEGEL EXERCISES

It's no secret that many punters particularly the older ones use Viagra, Cialis etc when we punt not because we have erectile dysfunction but to give our performance a little boost, it's just simple biological fact that as we age we become a little less virile and take a little more time to recover between rounds, I use Viagra (25 or 50mg) for punts longer than one hour.

I do like to try and maintain a reasonable level of fitness, I run for the cardiovascular benefits and do some weights and resistance work to stay toned up although I admit that is as much to do with vanity as fitness, I'm easier on the eye in the bathroom mirror. I first read about Kegel exercises a while back on another forum but have only recently given it a try. Kegel exercises specifically target the pelvic floor muscle, other forms of exercise do probably work this muscle but not to the extent of Kegel.

I've been doing them for about a month now, three times a week but you can do it more often than that if you want as they don't take up much time. I can honestly say they do seem to make a difference, I'm actually aware of the muscle now and can really feel it, my erections do appear to be a little stronger and I don't think that's my imagination. Will it make my need for Viagra redundant ?, well only time will tell and it does have other benefits anyway so I will continue regardless.

Another part of my anatomy that was also in need of attention was my bum, the fact is it has been heading south for a while now and I know it's clearly become less attractive to the opposite sex because it's been a while since any of my female colleagues have flirted with/sexually harassed me (depending on your point of view) by touching my arse whilst standing in line for the coffee machine, so something had to be done. Again other forms of exercise probably do benefit this area but I've found a couple that really target it and again after a few weeks I can see and feel results.
