That is the very nature of forums, even outside of the adult industry, people post unsubstantiated reviews of their experience at a restaurant / hotel etc..
How do you substantiate a user experience / point of view?
I recently booked a holiday to a place I have never been, I looked on trip advisor and see mixed reviews, I also see mixed reviews of the restaurant's in the area, both good and bad.
A personal experience is subjective and it also reflects the service "on the day", which can be completely different to the last time you used the same service.

I'm not talking about your average negative review the kind of thing I might write..............."20 minutes into the booking and XXXXX seemed to have lost all interest paying far more attention to her phone than my cock etc etc" or a standard wg's response "Nova was 15 minutes late and had a stroppy attitude from the moment he walked in and OMG his chronic bad breath was a huge turn off etc etc"
No I'm talking about serious allegations designed to damage the reputation of a wg or punter that are often made by new members or even first time posters, this kind of thing is nearly always malicious and without independent corroboration should not be allowed.
