Trying to set up for Webcam - problems

I do the phone chat and now I've decided to do webcamming. When I log onto JustCamit, it says that my profile is not set up as offering webcam services. I've already filled in the online form and ticked the boxes about which cam rates etc and saved it, but it's still not showing as offering webcam on my profile.
