There are good and bad, but I would say the most complaints I hear are about foreign girls.
There is a big misunderstanding by punters about the "Enjoys" List on girls profiles. There is no right to any of what is listed and many girls both English and foreign, do not offer a "buffet" service and will charge extra, and this is quite reasonable to do so, especially for what may be considered as specialist services.
I do offer an all inclusive service and state that on my profile, but I still have the right to refuse and not everything may be available on the day. It really is down to the guy to make sure that he gets what he wants, don't just presume...
Personally, I would recommend that ALL girls ask the client what they are looking for, as I always do. I don't want to have an argument half way through a booking about the rights of the client to do what he wants with me and I also think, if you do charge extra then, it is better to get the money sorted out before the booking starts. but every girl has their own way of working, there is no "industry" standard.
I never do anal sex, never have and never will, not even for extra, but I still get lots of guys who expect it, even though I do not advertise I do it.
