direct cam

I am having problems with the just camit, when I open it and then click to login it has error message:-

Server Status : Connecting to Server, wait....
Server Status : No Video
Server Status : Cannot Connect to Server

I have done everthing correct, and this is driving me crazy! iv emailed adultwork team and they don't respond to me its like they have left me lumbard with just camit and I cant even webcam? I find the adultwork team very stressing to deal with as they seem to just shut peoples accounts down when verified ect....they shut my account as it was reported fake by members I proved my self to aw and they re opened it and now my cam don't connect to server no more. this site drives me crazy
