It depends where you're trying to find your cam if you're at www.adultwork.com/TV/ then you have to choose your sub catagory e.g teasing teens and scroll past the free chat members (assuming ur not offering free chat) and you'll be in there somewhere. JCI can take a few minutes to connect properly tho so wait five minutes, check your profile page and it should say available to cam in which case you should be listed on the aw TV page. If it doesn't ever say available to cam despite the JCI downloadable software saying you've connected properly then log out and back in on the JCI software.
As for thumbnails you can offer a live thumbnail if you selected in your cam set up, below where you set you PPM, or it will randomly rotate one of your three main profile pics.
With regards to free I would recommend def starting there, I know not all ladies feel the same about free but I feel you really should offer it until you have a sustainable number of reviews e.g 300 and enough regs to ensure you're not subsisting 100% on fresh traffic but really it's totally up to you, what works for one may not work for another. It's your business and your call
