yes I am having the same problems keeps saying:

Server Status : Connecting to Server, wait....
Server Status : No Video
Server Status : Cannot Connect to Server

and adultwork.com team have not been helpful at all they replied with a email link which is not helpful as I have nothing on my laptop causing any block for just camit to connect to server....I find its a adultwork.com issue on there end

I found them really helpful - they run a ticket system to manage their responses but they will get back to you - and God, yjey have to be patient to help a technophobe like me
