Hi now that sound like the worst time ever ,iv always believed that when you have a booking make the client feel relaxed and not rushed and would never answer a phone while with a client, i hope you didnt get charged for full hr , and your right if someone don't have feedback everyone has to be new at the start .one thing i'v got is the same problem as i don't like to meet clients unless they have feedback but what if its there first time or havent been left any ,well i hope your next experience is a better one and this don't put you off as most girls are very nice ...amber x
