Banned with £250 credits GONE for nothing
#2
Click the 'Reactivate me' link on the login page and follow all the advice there. You can also go to the help centre, search for 'profile deleted' or 'deactivated', read the info, then when you close the help box it will give you a feedback box where you can write to AW. Ask them why you've been deactivated (unless you already know) and ask when you can expect your money. When you click send it might say not sent as there are already topics that cover your problem but ignore that and press send anyway.

Look through your emails to see if they sent you a warning or notification. Have you got a payment method set up? If so, and if you weren't banned for acting fraudulently, then your money will be sent regardless. AW are not scammers and they won't keep your money if you're entitled to it. They're usually pretty quick to Reactivate accounts too once the problem is rectified.

For fiture reference you may not put your phone number, email address, links, Twitter handle, availability dates, or any words like 'animal', 'child' etc on your profile. Those are the most common ways people are auto banned.
