Hey can anyone help
I recently changed my profile name and when I tried to log in to justcam it it says
(No active user exists with that username/password
Cannot connect to server )
When logging in I changed my name to my new name also and still having a problem

When logging in to Justcamit after changing your user name , the system should accept your new user name.
Check you have included the correct user ID number...

Also for some reason justcamit doesn't like certain characters,eg.......I had to use Mistress_Silk because it would not recognise Mistress Silk.......x
