I have loads and loads of emails and am trying to sort them out.
I have created new folders for escorting, skype/directcam requests and other (some emails I like to keep for background to remember what specific clients are into).
However, I can't work out how to move emails from the inbox into my new folders. The only option I seem to have is to move the whole inbox into one folder, whereas I just want to move selected emails. Am I being totally thick (quite likely as I'm tired)?
Thanks

I've worked out how to move them from within the email now, could just be quicker to select a load from the inbox and move them en masse

When you go to emails, on the right hand side at the top it says 'select' tick the ones you want to move then above select it says 'delete selected' this is a drop down, you should see a lis of all the folders you have made so you can choose which folder you want to drop the selected emails into. So you can move emails en masse as you said lol Does that make sense? lol

Thanks Missy, that's what I thought would happen but even after creating the folders it only lets me use the tickbox to delete :/

When you got the email you want to put in a folder open , you see -delete -reply and the -"move to " . Does that help ?

I started doing this too Gina, after you have set up folders select the emails you want to move in mass and then venture to the drop down box that automatically was delete.
Using this menu, select the folder and then hit ok. Voila!!!
If you still can't do it, grab me on Skype later and I'll walk you through it x

It's working now, how I expected it to. Must have just taken a long time to refresh and update the drop down with the new folders I had created.
In my old life I was an IT Consultant, so I knew what I expected to happen, I just forget that AW is really slow with profile updates/system updates and I get frustrated with it! I keep wondering if I could make more by working on the technical side of AW, they really need to update some of the technical aspects and redesign some of the screens and menus.
