AW prifle removed lost all my credits

A week ago I tried to transfer my credits out of Aw of £258.
ONLY TO GET EMAIL AN HOUR LATER TELLING ME MY PROFILE HAS BEEN REMOVED. AW say that I have been uploading someone else's pics from internet.
was asked to send in verification pic etc. I did this, waited 2 days then email them asking wht is happening to be told they have not received anything. So send in another pic to be told it has been rejected as I missed out the word USER b4 my id number. So do another pic. Do not hear nothing, I keep emailing them. Them 72 hours later they email me saying pic been rejected " as it has to be todays date on it"
It took them 3 days to respond so it will not have todays date on it. I have been on AW for 8 years and now they do this
