There is a bit of ambiguity about this and we are reviewing the situation.

You'll appreciate there is some merit in excluding those that hide their
faces - in some scenarios this is because they are involved in some
deception. It seems all our attempts to combat timewasters/fakes does
indeed impact on legitimate advertisers. We need to find a balance.

The time now has probably come to remove the "Has Verification Photo"
(excluding those that hide their pic) tick box and put in "Fully Verified
Members Only".

We'll just wait for the backlash from everyone about how they do not find
it acceptable to become verified on AW.
