Hi Guys , Im from the country where prostitution is non taxable.. but my question is.. Can i put webcamming as some kind of prostitution too? its basically very similar. You are showing what you got to satisfy guys .. Im just wondering. I want to start to work as a web cam girl but i dont really want to pay taxes , so what you think ? Is it still prostitution when its non taxable here in my country??

well its Poland hun, and when I asked at my tax office they have no idea what Im talkin about / webcamming/ .. its not popular here but it is. they dont know how to define that job.. so Im asking everywhere to find out. Its not like i dont want to pay taxes coz I want to have insurance etc but how to resolve it when tax office have no idea about webcamming.. yes Poland its still very fresh with that kind of stuff..

I think you need to know what the legal definition of prostitution is in Poland.

well i know the definition but its an old definition without webcamming on it.. is webcamming like prostitution in UK then? maybe when i will find that out i will be able to ask tax office again..
in Poland webcamming started to be popular in 2011 I guess...

It is usually "performance" or "entertainment" or "modelling". It is probably more like working in a strip club than being a prostitute? What are the Polish tax laws on that?

yes i know u pay taxes in uk being an escort or webcam model.. but in Poland escorting is non taxable. The reason im asking is coz i read different stories about webcamming.. some ppl sayin: YES that a prostitution. and some NO WAY.. thats im cofused now..

Trinity as i wite before, I was at Polish HMRC and they dont know what webcamming is.. i was trying to explain that as much as I could.. but it was like talking with an alien... and believe me .. she looked at me like Im some kind of prostitute..I was asking ppl on various forums about that and all I heard that Web cammers are prostitutes...
Sorry if my English is bad and its hard to understand anyway Polish law is all green regarding webcamming..

You can't have sex threw a webcam! big difference, should be no confusion what so ever.
