profile changed from offering services to content only

Hello everyone I hope somebody on here will be able to help me because i really dont understand why i keep getting my profile changed on adultwork. I had an old profile on there but deleted it , then I created a new one and my profile has just been changed from escort service to content provider only. I dont understand why as my photos were genuine not professional and i dont know if its possible to change this now or should i delete it and create new. I just sended them my id and verification photo, i didnt do this from the beginning as last time they didnt approved it for some reason. Anyone know how to deal with it? I need my profile running as an escort providing services asap so any help please advice quickly THANK YOU in advance.

I see that you say you are Russian... I think that AW have a slightly different verification process for Eastern European nationals. I think you may need to contact these people:

Hi and thanks for your reply, I have a british passport which i send a copy to them, im not really russian but i prefer to go as russian on my profile.

Ahhhh.... well, if you have a UK passport, then the usual verification should be fine...

I wonder if they are a little suspicious of someone who puts "Russian" on their profile providing a UK passport for verification?

I presume you are accessing from the UK? (It is one of the things they check!)

Have you tried e-mailing them?

Yes im accessing from London , I couldnt wait so i just created a new profile on which i didnt stated my nationality, perhaps this time they wont close it.

Okay... well I hope you get on better with this one!

They have changed their policy and new profiles do not show up immediately. They like to give all new profiles a quick look now to try and weed out the obviously fake ones. It should only take a couple of hours for it to become visible though.

They closed this one as well lol , it really gets on my nerves now, but i have send them my verification documents again so just waiting to see what will happen.

omg i cant believe this is happening !!! I've waited for 48h exactly and still they haven't approved it ! The only approved the verification photo but didnt even email me anything about the ID! nOW they changed it again to content only ! I dont understand what is going on so i wrote to them to tell me as i lost enough time and im not willing to anymore, all they said is i be informed by email once my documents has been checked...well they saw the verification photo but its gonna take 1 week to approve the id! i mean WTF!?

I can understand you being upset but - although I might be too late now - try to stay as polite as possible.

getting annoyed and showing it in the email to AW is thought to be unproductive.
