So some guy I went to school with years ago viewed a couple of my videos... but I don't know how to contact him. I've tried using the Proposals & Flirts but it says it's disabled for now. How do I create an email to him?

You can't.
The client has to make first contact. Proposals and flirts were disabled because of spam. If you know his user ID then you can do it by friging the system... but I'm guessing that all you have is his user name. How do you know it was your former friend? Just from his nic?
