JCI and Windows 8...

I upgraded to Windows 8 about 3 weeks ago, and ever since then when I'm in private on directcam (where I have audio) seems to cut out about 30 secs in. It normally cuts back in after a minute or so, but as you can imagine, it is losing me a lot of customers. Does anybody have any idea what it could be and how I could fix it? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same problem persists...
Any ideas? x

If its affecting your business, then downgrade back to your previously stable OS in the first instance. Then you can look for a solution on the Win 8 forums at your leisure.
