I have a friend who is a support technician and I am sure computers are genuinely afraid of him... no, seriously! When ever I have a problem he comes over to have a look at it and you can bet your bottom dollar that as long as he is here everything works just fine!
Can we clone him?

Just a quick update... I had a mail from AW last night saying that they believed they had resolved the issue and asking me to check. I've uploaded a pic this morning and it did, indeed, post to my twitter account! Yay for AW!
It's these support people... computers really are afraid of them!
