Losing MSN

I just saw this on the BBC website...just skype shows for us then! I haven't had an MSN one for ages and won't miss them...

Yes I read about this, this morning. I do a few MSN shows with some regulars but it will have to skype when it changes over.

I suppose like MSN you can have numerous accounts?. I have a personal one already and obviously will have a seperate one for AW bookings.

Yes, with skype I have an account for AW bookings...some guys prefer skype for the picture quality but I always find the Scottish guys have trouble with their internet and sometimes it freezes. Less temperamental than MSN though.

What about your email that you are registered with AW is msn one like mine is will skype issue email address as I will have to register a new one for my AW emails/notifications etc?.

I think hotmail is fine (well not fine but being kept! hotmail gets hacked more than any other)...it's just the chat function as far as I can tell. Skype you can use any email address with.

I for one will be glad to get rid of MSN. Whenever I've had a cam show on MSN, it's always frozen or not connected properly. Almost all of my shows are done via skype or yahoo these days, because MSN just isn't reliable! And it frequently locks up my laptop so I have to do a hard reboot. So I am in full favour!

MSN is shit, anyway. I stopped offering it for cam shows ages ago because the quality was appalling, and I kept having issues with contact requests not turning up and other things.
