Amazon Wishlist On AW Profile?

Hi everyone,

I noticed that a girl on the frontpage today, Directcammer I think she is, has her Amazon wishlist as a link from her profile to Amazon?

Is this allowed? I have mine on my Twitter, but I didn't think we were allowed to put this on our AW profile. (For one I didn't think AW would approve of the punters spending cash elsewhere!)

I am not sure how they would view it from a commercial point, but any links on your page must have a link back to AW.

I had a blog post that mentioned how to buy something from my amazon wish list (no links) and it was taken down and I got a bit of a telling off. So it really shouldn't be up at all, surprising how some obvious things they let slip but the most minor things can get your profile shut down.

It will not be there for long, AW have a robot that crawls the links on your profile to check that you are linking back to them.

As the lady in question is on the front page it is risky as the spider may be programmed to de activate your account when it finds no link back

This is an interesting one. I have people that want to buy me my fave perfume etc off my amazon wish list for my birthday etc. Is this allowed if we do not advertise it? The AW shop is limited in the way of presents.
