Missing Credits - None Appearing for DirectChat call taken?

Hello there Admin (and anyone else who can help),

I've just taken a call from a client at around 3am-ish on 16/10/2012 and we were speaking for 50 mins before his credit run out - and I've looked at my credit statement and no credits have been issued to me?

He subsequently called back and credits are showing for that call, but not the prior one.

50 credits is a lot, it's hardly 5 quid...

wondering how I can sort this out?

If they've not appeared by now just contact AW. I've had it happen before, very very rare but has happened.

They were added back on at 9am this morning; I sent an e-mail to AW straight away just to inform them and to query it.

They e-mailed me back too and explained there were some technical issues.

I thought I was going mad at the time; as I was in bed and half asleep when talking to the client (I can talk filth in my sleep, of course, ha ha), and so I wondered if I'd dreamt it or something.

When he phoned back I realised I hadn't!

However, once again really happy with AW - they are so great at sorting stuff out... Love 'em. x
