2 way cam?

Hmm - a couple of times now people come in on direct cam, and say they have their cameras on and want 2 way cam - I go to right click on their name, but the start 2 way option is always greyed out?

Ideas? Am i missing a setting on the site or something?

2-Way Cam only works with H264 video and Speex audio. Set each via the Video and Audio menus within JustCamIt.


2. Two-way Cam Option Greyed out in JustCamIt

If the option to start 2-way cam is greyed out in JustCamIt, it could be because you have a corrupted installation of the Flash ActiveX Component.

This component can be re-installed directly from here.
