Audio?

Hey there,

I enabled my audio for private room in the directcam settings, but it wont work. I checked the help area and it just tells me to check the box, which I have done. I logged into JCI and out, anc back in again, but its still not working. It keeps saying disabled.

How can I have audio in private? I feel like Im letting down my clients or tricking them into private, when Im not!

Is it working in free/group? When you are logged on to JCI and in private does it say 'audio:on' on the bottom right of your picture?

No, it says audio disabled. I only want it to work in PVT. It says disabled all of the time, and the audio settings are greyed out.

The audio settings in JCI are greyed out also? This would mean the software isnt picking up an audio source.
