When I was new to AW I did respond to a few RB requests... I only ever quoted my published rate (or more if the guy had some, err, very unusual requirements!) and I never once bid below my published rate. I never won an auction, so I soon tired of that.

I think some guys (not all, obviously) are looking for a "deal" through the RB system?
