Unfortunately this only works when using the booking system and as with all internet rating systems the rating does not mean that it is the whole truth, it is just that the person who wrote it felt aggrieved.

Well spotted, this is something that punters would need to be aware of, the response could be bad for them if the lady so wished and they would then have no redress.
Botom line is that rating systems do work if enougth people use them, 10 negative reports from punters can not all be wrong....
Personally I do not use the rating system and have no time for it, hence very little feedback. I still prefer the old way of doing things, punters call me on the day and meet, this works but I still get a few that seem to have such complicated lives they can not work out if they can meet in the next 30 minutes or 3 hours.
