Blimey, it does a lot more than that. Lots of us only do webcam, and do not escort.
It might not be for you but there are many guys who love webcamming, for a multitude of particular reasons. For example:
-Highly sexed guys who are getting it elsewhere in real life but need that something extra.
-Married men who wouldn't ever consider cheating but like a little harmless fun camming.
-Guys who can't afford escorts, or can't afford them often.
-It's a bit stupid to get an escort if you can only last 5 minutes before coming.
-Shy guys, or men who are housebound because of disability or social anxiety.
-Some guys wouldn't want to see escorts, whether they can afford it or not. Just like not all girls want to escort, not all guys want to meet escorts.
