Hi, I was previously a member of AdultWork (my username was PennyStarr). But I went to log on the other day, and my profile had been removed. I hadn't recieved any warnings previously, and I haven't recieved an email from AW to tell me why my profile had been removed. I left them feedback, but that was over 48 hours ago and they still haven't got back to me. I've got sessions booked for next week and no way to get in contact with my clients. This is my only source of income, so it's really important that I get my profile back. As far as i'm aware, I didn't break any of the TOU. I'm a fully verified member, with no negative feedback, so i'm really confused to why i've been deleted. If someone could tell me how would be best for me to contact AW I would be eternally grateful!

Referring to a point I made on another thread about the importance of making a separate note of your upcoming bookings names/dates/contact numbers etc this at least would allow you to continue to work while the issue with AW is resolved, advertising on other sites/media would also seem to be a wise move.

I've seen many posts like this since I joined up here but we rarely here the outcome please let us know what happens.

I hadn't logged in for over a year. I sort of expected to be removed. What I didn't expect was for them to reject my verification ID. Now they want it to "show both pages" "front and back" in, far as I can tell, one photo, which is physically impossible and if I paste two photos in one image it will be rejected for image manipulation and these demands are all made by some dude who can't even spell "passport" let alone recognise a British one.

If it's that StreetPrick idiot again who expects you to call him "mister" and who tends to be a bit disappointed in that regard Chez Icicle, his IQ hasn't improved. I can't believe with all the money AW makes they have employ the likes of him. There are people out there with marketing degrees can't get a job.

I think the lesson here guys and girls is 'always acquire the customer' and you haven't done that till you have their email address. I don't care who does my payment processing, but I want that email address, Skype ID, whatever.

Younghoney and MissWildy, I feel for you both having lost so much. They used to say "keep a diary and one day it'll keep you. I think that should be updated to "mailing list".

I have been with you for years and never breached your terms to my knowledge and certainly not delibretley my profile has in the last few hours gone. Please can you advise me how to work with you in order to reinstate it? I have pending credits and credits yet to be cashed out. Thanks

This forum is not connected to AW in any way. You would have received an email telling you why. Check your spam folder too. Admin of this forum will help if they can but they are not connected to the AW site itself.

hello, my profile on site been suspending for 2 weeks for wrong reason, "Regrettably you seem to have felt it necessary to try and deceive the AdultWork.com Membership by uploading pictures to your profile that are not of you and are possibly taken from other websites/members." But is not true, i use only my pictures for my work. I did send email on address no-reply@adultwork.com were i add my profile pictures that i been use and i make special else 2 pictures were possible see my face and body and wright name of site with date on paper that i hold in my hand for prove it that me on my profile pictures and that reason which site suspend my profile for 2 week not right. What else i can do for AdultWork active my account, because i have money on, and want get my money, i don't broke rules of site. How else i can prove that on my profile pictures its me. Thx you for answer.

The photos I posted are the ones that I use everywhere in my advertising. Most of them my husband took of me one of them a photographer friend of mine took of me, I have the rights to all of my photos. Please explain to me why my profile was removed....?

The adultwork forum is not the property of adultwork.com, you'll need to get in touch with the adultwork website via their help centre to resolve it.

The 3 main profile photos can't be used anywhere else.
