For me:

1. Communication
2. Polite
3. Prompt
4. Read my profile and knows what he wants
5. Should be no. 2 HYGIENE
6. No need to ask for money

Communication always top of the list and that "gut feeling" I only do outcalls so I usually decide in seconds of a phone call. Sometimes you know before they've even spoke lol
