Trying to change name on AW

..but every time I enter the new name in and press save, it says that I'm unable to select webcam at this time because I need to upload verification photos. Does anyone know why this is? I already verified my account ages ago and it was accepted.

I think I had to reverify the last time I changed my name. Remember to change your name on your justcamit software too. xx

I can't remember, it might have been a couple of days, but you should still be able to do direct IM and phone in the mean time x
