RB's are a good option for punters and it gives them a chance to get value for money. The services he asking for I would not be interested in so would not bid.

You do find some girls will say they do things just to take a clients money and then fob them off and try not to do them, leaving the client frustrated. If he is genuine and the girl is genuinely into what she is doing, then it will work out and she will get paid the full amount.

In an ideal world.....

Too much planning methinks! If I was as OCD with my punting as I am with aspects of work, my hour would be up before I had agreed a strategy!

Performance related pay is great for a sales person but not in this industry. And can you imagine the guys who think they are God's gift - they would be charging the escorts!!

I would love to pay some ladies what they are actually worth but I do not think I would get away with it
But then I would not be able to afford the outstanding ladies that I have seen as there performance would be off the chart
