When stuff gets a little black, I tend to take a couple of days out from life, I'll go quiet and then I'll bounce back twice as hard and motivated. I've had some pretty crappy things come my way, lots of challenges, but nothing has beaten me yet and I have no intention of letting it, so cup half full for me.

I can relate to the content of CPs post very well.
Life can be what we make it, but just sometimes things are out of our control, unforseen cirmcumstances and all that and then the challenge of keeping on smiling is hard to do!
