Adultwork should be responsilbe for fraud by unverified members

I would be interested to know it you ever did get your credits back as I had the same happen to me about 6weeks ago xx

no I did not, thanks. It is not so much the credits ( I dont begrudge AW their right to compensation) it is the sneaky way it is done. Very unfairly.

No neither did I.. and unfortunately mine was for over 300 credits... I think this is very unfair as we have no way of knowing if they are using a stolen card etc... shouldn’t be us taking the hit unless it’s our responsibility... and as for the shop rubbish... that’s not how it works at all... a business has insurance to cover this kind of thing.. it has made me really wary now when I get a long call incase it happens again x
