Is it the card company or you as a business that takes the hit? Its you.

You dont need to be verified to work on AW, unless they specifically ask you to verify. Even if AW did verify the customers (no other site does this and its not a common thing anywhere on the net) this doesnt stop fraud.

AW encourage clients to verify, but mass forced verification? There wouldnt be an Adultwork left for you to earn on.

As you are a business, fraud is to be expected at some point. In your business plan, how have you accounted for fraud?

If he uploads ID you get the credits, if he doesnt upload ID you still get the credits. Its only in the event of fraud that the credits are sent back to the bank.

Thank you for your reply, but with all due respect the comparison is flawed, it is like comparing apples to oranges.

1. The banks verify the customer before issuing a card. I am aware that fraud goes on as you correctly note, but that is not the issue here. When there is a fraudulent transaction with the bank, the police get involved. There is a procedure where I would be involved. There is not with AW. It is all handled by AW and the customer (me) has no input. Besides, AW do not vet the buying customers as you yourself noted above. So there is no comparing with banks and shops and credit cards.
2. The business doesn't necessarily take the hit, if there is insurance. The option doesn't exist with Adultwork. Service providers are not offered the option of purchasing insurane in case the buyer is fraudulent.

AW should think of a better and fairer way to deal with fraudulent buyer customers. The current one isn't fair and to do it because the banks supposedly do would only hold valid if AW offered all the protection and services that banks do.

Don't you agree?
