PLEASE HELP I'VE BEEN DEACTIVATED

Hi 

Please can somebody help me. My profile has been deactivated and I have No idea why.  I have sent numerous messages through the help sction on AW however I have no response. I was last active on 3/11/17 since then I've been trying to get reactivated.

As far as I am aware I have not breached any terms and conditions.  If I have this is a complete oversight on  part, I am completely unaware  that I have done so and apologise if I have. I would very much appreciate your help in reactivating my profile.

That site is a waste of time. However, it's likely that they have to make sure users are genuine. Hence the issue with not being able to offer services.

It's like this with GiffGaff, my mobile phone service provider. I'm not able to access adult content when I go outside of my own ISP without uploading a passport, but I don't have one. I do not travel.

So sorry you are going through this Tara and original poster.Citizen cards are government recognised I.D so should be accepted but seems AW dont.They only cost £15 so very cheap.I thought provisionals were accepted though.Have you tried other sites with provisional in the meantime till you get other I.D?x

well i asked aw a while ago and they accept citizancard....n iv a provisional but no sites accept that...im so so stressed i cant relax..ive literally 1.61 to my name x

yh why would u have been deactivated if ur verified?! i dont think admin r on much weekends as iv not heard from them so we will both probs hear monday just wish i had money to get my i.d grrrrrrrr
