Transcript from an AW scammer (highly detailed)

Hi, the member in this case has given permission for the information to be made publicly available on these forums for other members to learn from in the hope that they too do not get scammed.

The member got scammed a total of £200, in this case, this was re-paid to them after a phone call to The Dailypay Service "Adultworks Finest Performers" detailing what had happened to her.

This is a long thread but may potentially save your money and your profile.

If at any point you believe you have been a victim of scam on Adultwork or you have got an email / text message you do not believe to be genuine please feel free to call our office on 02892108055 or message our Whatsapp service on 07547848213 or contact AW directly via the help centre, guide here.

If you read this and you realise you have been scammed fill this out immediately here.

Scammers preferred method of you sending them money is PaySafe, Adultwork will NEVER under any circumstances ask you to send them money via PaySafe.

In the emails below, the scammer used email addresses:

The scammers website is https://www.adultwork.uk.com/, Do not enter anything at all into this website, its a scammers site.

This is the first email from the scammers:

You will need to buy 50 GBP PAYSAFE Voucher and send us a clear picture of your voucher and the document attached near the voucher.(We need to be sure you`re still in UK)
 
The credit will be in added in your AdultWork profile account.
The PAYSAFE Voucher can be bought at any PayPoint / Off Licence/Sainsbury`s/Local Shops.
With this credit you will be able to use in your Availability / Show Mobile Number / Market Place / Bidding / Featured Profile/Buying.
 
The purpose of this verification is to confirm that you are the person appearing in the pictures you have uploaded. Accordingly the items you send must be of an appropriate quality, size and resolution so that we can clearly identify you.

If you have been verified previously and your are receiving this email then will not need to resubmit item 1 when you access the above url .However you will be required to upload item 2 dated on or after todays date.
Unfortunately we will not enter in to any further correspondence regarding the suspension of your profile until these items have been received and subsequent verification has taken place. It is regrettable that we have been given cause to take this action but will hope that you will agree that the success of the site and it's advertisers is dependent on the authenticity of it's advertisers.
 
Send the details within 12 hours otherwise your profile will be deleted.
Send your details via REPLY:
You will immediately receive back your new login / password of your new Verified Profile.

After all this the member emailed admin@dailypayservice.com, this is the point in which re replied they were being scammed. (last email near top)

First and formost, the email address and website will be incorrect, sometimes by such a small detail it may catch out veteran AW members.

AW will only ever email from no-reply@adultwork.com or in rare cases webmaster@adultwork.com, never ever from any other email address at all.

In the emails above, the scammer used email addresses:

Hi Admin. I'm confused at the very last link you have put up, saying it's the scammers site. I clicked on the link, and it showed me my details, account balance and everything.
I just changed my password (using the correct AW site) btw, just to be sure.
If it's a scam site, awaiting for me to be fooled and enter login details, how come I was already logged in?

Hi, I tested it by logging in to the correct site www.adultwork.com and then opened the scammers site https://www.adultwork.uk.com/ in a new tab. I wasnt logged in, until I clicked at least one more time.

The scammers site will always have the catcha VXMN on the login screen.

The scammers site has only two pages, the first main page here https://www.adultwork.uk.com/ and the second page is the login page http://www.adultwork.uk.com/login.htm. All other links on the site are re-directs back to the real AW site, so when you login and click on something, everything appears normal as if nothing ever happened.

They have also fixed the form here https://www.adultwork.com/FF.asp?FFID=83 so that the nickname box wont give an error of not being able to find your nickname (as the hacker would of changed it).
