Custom Video's | Custom Picture Sets

Hey All,

Here is a question that has been bugging me for a while and all of a sudden I have had an influx of messages asking for them but I am not sure how I would go about it 

CUSTOM VIDEO'S

I have noticed that quite a few girls on AW use their shop to sell Custom Video's but I can't get my head around how you would send them the custom video other than via a DVD which is not something that I really want to do (I normally send a link via dropbox if I recieved a custom request via email or Twitter). I also have the same issue with guy's requesting Custom Picture Sets.

I know that it is against the rules to recieve an AW Voucher for items & purchases as I have had this conversation with the Webmaster but my only worry with guy's purchasing a custom video via the shop is that the payment is in Escrow for so long and what happens if something went wrong and you end up with 0 credits yet the buyer already has the custom video.

I do also have the box ticked for my email address to be visable on my AW profile yet it is not showing on my profile   surely if AW don't want you to use emails then they shouldn't have the option to have your email address viewable.

If someone were to ask for more information on Custom Video's am I allowed to send them a reply saying "for more information please email me at ......

You can select online only sale, so the escrow is 7 days and nothing usually happens, all you need to do to protect yourself is upload it to dropbox (I leave all mine on there for minimum 1 year) and email the link via adultwork after you mark the order as "sent" on certain date etc. Keep the email in your sent and screenshot once it's sent in case they try to get a refund...

Hi Brandy, 

Late to the party, but, you can simply make a folder in Dropbox and (once the payment is confirmed) invite the person to view it. In Windows 10 (or 7, 8 etc), right click the folder and put in the persons email addy, they get an email saying they can see the folder and contents. 

I do it a lot, since I make videos for ladies, each one has a personal folder where I can put the videos in.

Hey PG, I have been working with Dropbox for a while so know how that works I was just concerned that AW wouldn't allow the exchange of email address via messaging as I know they like to suspend accounts if you don't follow certain rules.
