Acct suspended

My account got suspended due to pics not being exclusive and they gave me a suspension of 14 days and when the account gets back up, I need to go through an advisor because im in Brazil??!!! I have been on aw for over a year this second time and in total, almost 10 years. I never had to go through advisors or anything like that. One of the pics on the profile, were not exclusive, my bad, but i uploaded by mistake as it was a set with 20 pics ive recently made, and i got mixed up when uploading. I never had issues with aw before, this is the first time, cant I be forgiven and my word that it wont happen again, actually count something? I have over 92 plus reviews and aw is my main income. Some help pls? ty

Hi, AW's rulings are usually final. Did you message them via the help centre with this extra info?

I did, but they didnt want to hear at all. they send me directly to the advisor and they said im suspended for 14 days and only when the suspension is due, then i can reach out to them. This is so frustrating!
