How do I work out my pay on AW?

Hi,
Is there a link anywhere showing how to work out what you pay is going to be after AW has its cut as the last couple of days I have earnt more yet my daily pay has been less?

Also need to change my username on here as it was for an old profile, my new AW profile is Naughty-but-so-nice.....this is what I would like it to be changed too.
