Can't update profile

I am getting the error Sorry, you are not permitted to change your gender when trying to update profile, how could I fix?

I am unable to change the gender on my profile

To combat those who seek to deceive other members of the Site, once a profile has been created and approved the gender will not be changeable thereafter.

There should be no need to change the gender of a profile once created.

Should you be able to provide ID to confirm that your gender has changed from the ID originally provided - for the same named individual - please submit new ID via the Verification Pages.

Switching profiles between different persons is not permitted and anyone found to be doing so to give false ratings to different advertisers will have their membership terminated.
