i think sometimes profiles are removed or services changed on them automatically perhaps a computer automated response , AW are always good at getting back to you via the helpdesk but its still a worry when your profile does get changed/removed .....xxxx

hi today my couple profile has been removed. the reason was because they needed to verify us again ,we needed to upload ID for both of us and write on a bit of paper. we have done this. nobody has replied and i need to get back to work as soon as possible. can someone from admin help me please? thanks x

Just tried to log in, and it's saying my account has been deactivated- as far as I am aware I have not breached the terms of use- I have had no email or reason to why they have deactivated me, help!

I'm a group manager. I'm trying to login via JustCamit from another place but i cant. Its says that your group manager has specified that you may not login from your current location. Who knows how can I change that?
