Glad its sorted. Just to note, the profile wasnt fake, they paid for your content/work and they are selling it on, straight forward legal business model.
By saying the profile offers services is of course incorrect as it should be a content only profile, AW will be correct in having it set as content only.
When doing any shoots etc make sure you get a contract and read it, very high chance they have the rights to sell it otherwise not much point in paying for your work.
If you didnt sign a contract and they are unable to produce one you may have just lost this company money. Probably their fault for not getting one done but as your also in business it may be nice to go round and sign a contract for them, it may produce further work for yourself.

Are you for real? Of course the profile was fake, it was someone, pretending to be me, pretending to escort in an area I have never been to! If that is your idea of a " Straight forward legal business model", then I worry for you. I really appreciate your advice, but to suggest I should go and help someone earn money who has fraudulently used my ID, and pretended to be me is, quite frankly, bonkers! Ask yourself why were they pretending to be me and offer services that they could never provide?? To deceive people. You think that's a legal business model?
I did some work for a specific website. There was a verbal agreement to do some work for a website, not adultwork, and they have no right what so ever to create a profile pretending to be me. It may sound petty, but if they have lost money, then I am pleased. You cannot impersonate someone in such a deceitful way.
Thankfully the entire group has now been removed, and the other profiles deleted. Perhaps they will think twice before trying to scam people. I have learnt a lesson in that I now need to double check agreements etc, and I imagine the large amount of credits they will have lost is a bit of a lesson for them.
Again, thank you all for the advice. It's nice to know there is always somewhere to turn.

As my post mentions the offering services was incorrect.
The profile was real, you done work for them and they we're selling it as expected. Just happens to be the site you are also working on. When someone normally says its a fake profile its because the pics are downloaded from the net, not when the actual model does the pics for a producer and they try to sell it.
I also wouldnt say they fraudulently used your ID when you gave it to them, the ID represents the performer is over 18.
How could it be someone pretending to be you when it was you in the content.
Will have to end this one here as my professional side is telling my personal side to stop typing.
Case closed, glad its sorted and hopefully everyone learnt from the situation including the producer.
