Don't take this the wrong way; but if you are intending to do your own self assessment return then you need to be a bit more clued up and knowledgeable i'm afraid!
ALSO BE WARY OF ADVICE given by laypeople on forums.... I have seen advice given that is completly wrong and plain crap!
