Check Adultwork > Other services > To let. There may be a property listed there which would suit and the upside is that the people letting their properties are fully aware of what will be going on there so that's one less concern.

As I'm sure you're already aware do be careful if you do go down the road of sharing rent on a premises with another WG as the legalities change somewhat at that point.

Yes, I have checked on AW recently but there hasn't been anything in my area. I must admit I am not keen on sharing but I only have until the end of May really before I have to stop working from home totally... It is a little nightmare!
