I had an issue along these lines, all you can do is name and shame the guy, just as Katie said it's a risk us ladies take... as far as I know the direct chargebacks are usually because of stolen card claims.

Hi I'm sorry to hear that that's really crap! how are they able to take your credits is it the clients on there? I don't understand how they do that? It's very worrying.
