Re your post above in reply to mine, whilst you may enjoy such a scenario I am not sure how many others would and with that in mind it would be an exclusive service and, as you said above, "more time-consuming", which you pay more for.

When you say in your original post:-

This does indicate that you are "counting the pennies" rather than enjoying yourself and resent the money it costs you to enjoy yourself. Maybe you should try relaxing and enjoy the time you are spending with the lady.

I am sure if the lady in question had a spare room she may consider a discounted hourly rate after the initial one hour service, so you may get 3 hrs for the cost of 2hrs.
